Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number and link.

Shipping Within Thailand

Orders are shipped via Flash Express. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@oyadiaries.com with your order number and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we're unable to redirect a package once it has shipped. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@oyadiaries.com and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
